Hiking is probably one of my favorite hobbies. I was never really into the outdoors or hiking until my fiance and I moved to Colorado and started exploring the Rocky Mountains. I still didn't particularly like it at first, but the feeling of accomplishment after I made my first 14er summit made me forget all of the pain I felt on the ascent up the mountain. That feeling is addictive and kept me wanting to go back for more.

I hadn't really had a true hobby or something to get excited about for a long time until I discovered my love for hiking and being in the mountains in general. Hiking and climbing makes me feel alive.
