Shakeology Recipes

Okay, so Shakeology is AMAZING.  It's seriously my heaven.  BUT, I have to admit... I wasn't as huge of a fan the first time I tried it as I am now.  I look forward to my chocolate shake EVERY day and it's helped me eliminate those daily cookies, candy bars, and/or other chocolate treats.  Here are some of my FAVORITE recipes!!  OH, and if you are interested in trying Shakeology, send me a message, find me on one of my social media sites (--->), or make me your COACH by signing up for a FREE account here.



Chocolate Peanut Butter (aka Reese's):
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup water, or almond milk
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Ice

Chocolate Bananas Foster:
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup water, or almond milk
1/2 cup frozen bananas
5 dashes cinnamon
1 splash rum extract
Ice

Black & Blue:
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup water, or almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries and blackberries
Ice

Chocolate Covered Strawberry:
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup water, or almond milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Ice

Chocolate Cake Batter:
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup water, or almond milk
1/4 pkg sugar free Jello Cheesecake pudding mix
Ice

Chocolate Pistachio:
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup water, or almond milk
1/4 pkg sugar free Jello Pistachio pudding mix
Ice

Triple Chocolate Decadence:
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup chocolate almond milk
1/4 pkg sugar free Jello white chocolate pudding mix
Ice

Chocolate Covered Cherry:
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup water, or almond milk
1/2 cup frozen cherries
Ice

Okay, so what is Shakeology?  It's not just a meal replacement.  It's SERIOUSLY my chocolate heaven.  It's a health shake jam-packed with nutrients that helps me fill any nutritional gaps in my diet.  And although I'm into health & fitness, there are definitely gaps.  I HATE vegetables - Shakeology is packed with veggies so I can get my veggies still!!  It helps me with my cravings and keeps me FULL until my next meal.  It's helped me lose weight and get over that dreaded plateau a lot of us can hit.

Bombshell Challenge!

So, a lot of people struggle with reaching their health & fitness goals because of lack of motivation, accountability and the resources to succeed, right??  RIGHT.  At least, I know that was the case for me.  Before I came across Beachbody products and the community, I was your typical 20-something girl.  I put on a front to people that I was healthy and active.  I was pretending.  I really had NO idea how to get results, how to eat healthy, and I definitely WASN'T trying my hardest.  I thought starvation diets worked, when really it just screwed up my metabolism so bad that I ballooned up when I started eating again.

Fast forward to when I discovered this great Beachbody community.  I found that having people to look up to and mentor me to help me meet my goals was the key to my success.  I learned how to eat healthy, I actually worked out and had someone checking in on me to make sure I pushed play, and I finally had a structured program instead of wandering around the gym doing a few different weight machines and calling it a day.

I want to pay it forward for YOU.  I am creating CHALLENGE GROUPS online for you to join.  I'll share motivational tips, success stories, recipes, and offer support to get you to those goals you've set for yourself.

And, of course, what fun would it be without your friends?  Invite them too - the more the merrier!  AND you'll have ADDITIONAL support from real-life friends, family and coworkers!!
